Zip shipped original item with faulty part
Originally packed cooler arrived and professionally installed by licenced plumber.
Unit would not work, booked service call to Zip, two weeks later. Serviceman had to replace main pump and rectify the problem. The unit works perfectly since than.
Having problem with Zip admin as they do not accept the delay of the unit working as was supposed to on installation for warranty starting date.
We claim that the new unit not working is their responsibility and not ours regarding the start of warrantee.
Their claim department dragging their feet by not accepting the problem. As being one of their biggest retailers you may be able to fix the problem.
