Great Entry Level Sauna
Easy to put together (for two people). Make sure all the connections are really well seated. Easy to use, good size for one person.
Quality product at affordable price
Having been using a traditional sauna at local leisure centre last 2-3 months, I had been looking into a home use product so I could use in my own time, and stumbled across the Zen Infrared range. Upon finding positive reviews, I was happy to give the product a go. Delivered in around 10 days, product assembly was straightforward setting it up within an hour.
The infrared top temperature of 65 is comparable to the traditional sauna of 80-85. Zen quickly heats up and able to be used within 20-25 minutes, reaching top temperature within 30-35 minutes, and achieving a very good sweat rate ! 15-20 minute sessions is ample x 3-4 per week.
For added usage, I put a Bluetooth speaker on the floor outside the unit which can easily be heard inside. For those on the larger size (say 6ft plus), I would opt for the larger 2-3 person unit, as the 1 person is snug but acceptable.
Hope to get many years usage.
