Prompt and efficient service from the delivery crew. Assembly took very little time the sauna works very well glad i finally made the decision to to buy one fits nice in a medium size room and plugs straight into the power point the control panel is simple and easy to understand although outdated as far as putting the twin speakers to good use nothing my wireless ear buds can't fix. Feeling the positive benefits of sauna use already!
