Not as user-friendly or reliable as older one
I had a 6th Sense Grill & Crisp since 1998 and it lasted for more than 15 years before tha high voltage cap shorted. Loved the crisp funtion. This newer model had newer better design crisp plate, not as user-friendly quick use menu that always defaults to auto-cook function rather than manual setting option. I liked the forced-fan oven function but it only lasted 16 months before this function started intermittently stopping midway. Luckily, it failed before the 2 year warranty expired, so AO took it back and refunded as there was no replacement.
Whirlpool microwave
We have had our last Whirlpool crisp cook microwave for 14 years and it still works. This brand is reliable and this particular model as a multi use appliance serves our family well.
