Not a Whirlpool
I didn’t get the washing machine l ordered as there were none in stock after you took my money. I had to settle for a Haier which l had done no research on. It’s noisy and not a good wash so would not recommend this even though it was recommended to me by a staff member
not working correctly
have done several washes since purchase , everything went ok. however today the cycle will not finish. only a small wash but it keeps going through the wash cycle will not spin dry what do I do??

We are in our 90's and we have had our Whirlpool 7kg Top Loader Washing Machine for four weeks. It has been a great purchase for us. It is easy to use and suits our needs well. We wash two to three times each week and it hasn't missed a beat. I do my research and have read some poor reviews of this machine. My advice to those people is. Read the instruction manual and follow the directions!
