Simple Microwave
The Whirlpool Microwave/Grille is simple to use and does exactly what it promises. It heats microwaved foods as expected and the grille function works well. Easy to clean.

This is our third whirlpool crisp and grill, have no complaints, love them.
Disappointing
We previously owned a 34lt Samsung microwave that was very reliable. After it finally kicked the bucket I was excited to try a new model with some exciting features. So we chose the whirpool crisp and grill to allow us to use the microwave beyond a heating function. The unit was delivered 6 days ago, and after using the unit 5-10 times max the microwave made a large pop followed by a strong electrical burning smell! We are so disappointed and we now wait for the appliance online service team to acknowledge our service request and we will see what the outcome is!
