We were very happy with the price and service provided by Appliances on Line.
The company communicated the status of my order and delivery was prompt.

We researched this stovetop carefully and chose it based on the many positive reviews. We’ve also been loyal Appliances Online customers for other products, always receiving excellent installation and service.
However, after less than two weeks of use, this stovetop already looks worse than our old one. We use expensive induction-safe pots and pans and have followed the cleaning instructions in the user manual to the letter. Yet the surface shows terrible marks after only a few uses.
Another serious issue is the design: while cleaning, it’s very easy to bump the knobs and accidentally switch a hob on if you’re not paying attention — a major safety concern.
Visually, the stovetop now looks awful. We have a technician booked, but that won’t be for another week (three weeks after delivery). I can only imagine it getting worse.
My advice: Stay away from this model if you don’t want a stained, unsafe-looking stovetop right from the start.
