Great cooktop!
Bought this gas cooktop on EOFY sale to replace my old Westinghouse cooktop. Great bang for buck! Have been using it for two weeks now and love it. Looks sleek, feels sturdy, is easy to clean and burners are nicely spaced. Another reviewer mentioned it taking a few seconds to ignite after you turn the nob, yes it does, but this is a safety feature and I haven’t found it to be annoying.
My only frustration was that the installation company used (Winnings) were insistent they could not install the cooktop on first visit as my canopy range hood sat less than 650mm from the cooktop and the company is apparently quite strict regarding this. They offered to have a carpenter come out and move the canopy up 100mm for a $480 charge, which is ridiculous! I decided to buy a couple tools and do it myself before calling them back for installation. Would be great if Online Appliances noted this as a requirement on their website for those with houses/kitchens built prior to recent ACL changes. Otherwise I could not fault the actual installation or communications.
Westinghouse cooktop
I had to replace an old Chef cooktop and this was a great option. I love the separated large burner giving me more room to use larger pans. The solid trivets are very durable. Great layout and performance.

This cooktop is great value for money and easy to use and instal. Ideal for anyone looking to change over their cooktop.
