Purchased for legally blind 96 yr old granma living alone at home. Sooo easy no more trying to pour the kettle . Just place cup and press button. She is old school but loves her Westinghouse hot water dispenser , no more risk of scalding
Happy Westinghouse customer
Purchased this Westinghouse to replace an earlier model which had given many years of excellent service. Love the larger water tank and it works well as expected. The only thing I'd say is that the longer drop to the cup probably cools the water just a little bit. Would probably prefer a cup platform a little closer to the dispenser. Otherwise pleased with the purchase and with Appliances on Line, as usual.
Its not as hot as I wanted
Plus the delivery driver didn’t even get out and ring the doorbell he just kept ringing my phone ( which I couldn’t answer). I wasn’t home but my husband was. Had to cancel my plans to be home for a whole day just to receive item.
