Great Little Giddle
After reading some of the reviews for this Weber Griddle online I was a bit concerned that it would not get hot enough to sear my steaks. I'm happy to say that it does but it has to be on maximum and you have to let it heat up for around 5 minutes.
Would I prefer it to be hotter? Yes, but it does the job. Looking at the gas fittings it would be quite easy to change the regulator for a bigger one (not advice).
The build quality is excellent and clean up is a breeze.
