My new barbecue
I’m pretty pleased with my Weber Q barbecue. I did my first Margherita pizza last night, & it was great. Have also done a roast pork & that also was great. Op marks Weber
Lives up to its name
I already had an iGrill BBQ probe for meat cooking but bought a cheap benchtop oven for a workshop purpose through Gumtree and need it to hold a temperature around 200degC fairly consistently. This probe absolutely fit the bill. Works perfectly and the app gives a temperature history. Highly recommended if you have a similar need.
Disappointing.
Bought this for my husband. He is fairly disappointed with it. Worked initially, then it is at best patchy in the way it works. (Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't). Can't really recommend.
