Contacted Weber who are sending goodwill replacements.
The app is decent, but well done at 68° turned out medium.
So it’s more about timing than anything else.
One will end up opening hood and visually checking meat regardless.
So, REMOVE METAL PROBE from black plastic holder before use.
Attach back and wind cable after use.
Will end up with 4 probes, 2 without holders, not ideal.
