CombairSteam oven review
The oven is excellent, we are very happy with it. Got it delivered and installed just a few weeks ago. Absolutely love all the features on it and intuitive to use for a technically minded household. However, corner of the oven door seal has came off. We attempted to put it back on but no luck. Until we can get a technician out, the oven is now out of service. A bit disappointed that we have encountered an issue so soon. Called the store we bough it from and the person I spoke with said it will be around 2 weeks for a technician. She suggested I call v-zug myself. So, I did and they can get a technician to call us within 48 hours. Hopefully, this is going to get fixed sooner than 2 weeks.
