good cheap washer
I’ve been using the Telefunken front loader with Steam Assist for about 2–3 weeks, mainly for everyday loads: clothes, bedding and towels. Overall performance has been impressive. The steam assist refreshes fabrics and reduces creasing, and regular wash cycles leave items clean and smelling fresh. Energy and water use feel economical for the load sizes I run.
Noise and vibration are minimal. Even on spin cycles the machine stays quiet and stable, which makes it easy to run during the day or overnight. The build quality stands out — the door, drum and control panel feel solid and well finished, which gives confidence in durability.
The controls are mostly straightforward and user friendly; presets cover the basics so you don’t need to fiddle with settings for routine loads. A handy self drum cleaning option keeps maintenance simple. My only real quibble is that some wash cycles feel a bit vague — the naming/descriptions could be clearer so you know exactly what each programme does.
