Very loud. Power cord could be longer seeing you can not use an ext cord. Overall very happy so far
Stanley 2hp air compressor
Compact size and modest weight make this compressor ideal for a small home workshop, if not for large scale industrial use. Plus factors over (some) competitor compressors include: oil free motor, pressure cycling between 8-10 bar (compared with the more common 6-8 bar) which stabilises consistent performance using framing guns for example, where output pressure is normally set at around 8 bar. Its air flow rate limits use to small spray guns only, not a problem for me. Fit and finish looks good, and the 2 year warranty is reasonable. As is increasingly common, the instruction manual is poor, with some photos printed back to front, some diagrams mislabeled, and quite inadequate explanations for some controls, eg. regulator adjustment. Overall though, 4.5-5 stars.
happy with appliances online but not this unit
stanley so loud it is deafening tried to change it to the silent one they would not let me unless there was a fault so so dissapointing beware you near ear muffs for this compressor have contacted stanley no reply
