A lot of insights for a healthier you
I’ve been looking to get hold of some bathroom scales and landed in the Soehnle Shape Sense Connect 50. Service support from Appliance Online was fantastic, I had issues processing the purchase that they sorted easily. Delivery was, well as usual very quick. The scales, wow. It measures stuff I had no idea you could measure - hydration level, all the ratios to do with body- fat, muscle and BMI levels and compares to your age group. You can set targets and it tracks progress towards these targets so a great reference point to keep you aware of your progress and occasional pause toward your health goals. Oh and it can tell you how much you weigh.

Great new scales, so easy to use. Must say, I can’t work out the more complicated functions, and decided, at 82, I didn’t need to know my BMI anyway!
