Smeg’s Thermoseal technology creates and maintains an optimally controlled cooking environment, with ideal atmospheric balance. This results in succulent roasts, crisp pastry and impressive baking. Cleaning is made considerably easier, thanks to pyrolytic cleaning. When this function is activated, the oven safely heats up to high temperatures and turns any grease and dirt into a fine ash which can then be simply wiped away.

Smeg 70cm oven Faulty on delivery
upon reciving the oven and having it connected there was a short circuit in the internals of the oven wiring , it could not be replaced until the technician came 1.5 week later found the fault and repaired the oven, not tested of the factory floor.
