Amazing service, have bought all my new home appliances so far and all good experiences with by far best price.
Move to induction made easy
We decided to make the move to full induction after using a portable one and our cooktop needed replacing. After much reviewing the Smeg seemed to cover our preferences particularly with joining cooking areas together plus the overall 5 cooking zones. Since installed it has performed to expectations of a quality product. It is easy to use and did not take long to learn the controls - best to think more like it’s a gas cooktop and not electric with more immediate heating changes. Having the large centre zone is great rather than to a side followed with both sides having two joinable cooking zones. The top is also easy to clean with no knobs etc… just wipe over.
Over a month now of use and I just keep liking this more and the design and quality is fantastic.
The only downside, which is not really a downside, is I had to replace some pots and pans but I was happy to throw some old ones out.
Great cooktop and highly recommended.
