Looks great
Works pretty well. When people say they can only fit a small mug underneath, they haven't realised you can remove the whole bottom section to fit a normal sized mug. Looks great in my kitchen and makes a quick and easy way to make beautiful coffee. The only downfall is that it is a bit tricky to get the coffee holder clipped into the machine. Other than that, it's great!
Disappointed
Less than a month old and the machine is not pushing water through the filter cups. Tried resetting and cleaning etc. Unfortunately this looks like a common issue with this machine. Now without a coffee machine until this is resolved.
Beautiful
It’s beautiful and fits in well with my other Smeg appliances. I’m a bit disappointed that the casing is plastic rather than metal, not sure how durable it’s going to be because of that. But AO customer service was excellent and I paid a great price for it with price match so I’m happy
