The Smeg HMF01 hand mixer features two function keys that allow you to select up to nine speed levels for mixing, whipping and activating the Turbo function. The HMF01 hand mixer is ideal for preparing a variety of sweet and savoury dishes including creating bread doughs and perfect pastry. The hand mixer is equipped with three different types of stainless-steel whisks to guarantee the best results in food preparation. Two wire whisks, for more airy textures such as whipped cream, sauces or egg whites; two flat beaters, ideal for semi-hard doughs such as biscuits and cake bases and two dough hooks for creating beautiful homemade pizza bases or bread doughs. 250 watts of power with optimum torque for mixing of heavy doughs. With more power there is less strain on the motor which means it doesnt cut out or overheat. The Smeg hand mixer can make mixtures quickly and efficiently. The control panel features a backlit LED display carefully monitoring speed and time for easy reference: a perfectly user-friendly interface that disappears when the product is turned off, showing the chrome of the handle in all its elegance.
