A 28cm frypan was ordered. The item delivered is a 34 cm frypan which is still in the carton - not suitable. Delivery was 9 weeks vs the stated 4 weeks. Siemens has now renamed the pan on their website as a 34cm, same model number. Winnings says it's a Siemens problem. I contacted Siemens they said contact Winnings. Hopeless. Both companies behaving unethically.
Great frypan
I use it with the fry sensor on my Siemens induction cooktop and it is great. Easy to clean too.
