When used with the ShurePlus MOTIV App for iOS, the MV51 will allow you to record high quality ALAC and AAC compressed audio, with a five band equaliser, high resolution metering and 36dB of gain control. If you'd rather focus on the task at hand, preset DSP modes will automatically adjust gain, equalisation and compression for you. Either use the tabltop stand to set up and record wherever you are, or mount to a microphone stand for a more traditional recording experience.
