Fizzed out after two months
Although promising at the outset within the warranty period of three months this oven simply and literally blew its fuse, arced, sparked, gave out a minor explosive cry, and kicked the bucket! No reset, no troubleshooting hints; and ultimately no regrets on my part as I negotiated a refund or replacement after much to-ing and fro-ing. I opted for a replacement of another well known brand and so far so good....
Sharp convection microwave
Bought the closer similar model to our previous Sharp convection microwave. Not as sturdy in construction. Both 42ltr but interior and exterior is smaller. Not as easy to use still haven’t been able to work out quick defrost. Book doesn’t make it clear.
Excellent service and product
Product was at a good price, and exactly as described. Next day delivery, with removal of old heavy convection microwave, was amazing.
