Stay away
Grommet started warping so I raised it with warranty. A month later they still don’t have the part. Then it stopped working all together. I suggest buying a more reputable brand as their warranty and the business warranty is useless when broken.
Horrible machine! Noisy faulty and doesnt wash
Malfunctioned from the very moment I turned it on. It is the loudest machine it squeaks high pitched noise on spin, it vibrates out of place like a rocket ship, does not wash clothes normally constantly stops and starts every 10 seconds because of a fault and once the door is locked good luck getting your clothes out ! Tried to cancel the cycle and drain the tub to unlock the door it lost its mind, started trying to wash, drain and spin all at the same time (all the while still stopping and starting every 10 seconds making horrible humming machine noises) currently still haven’t got my wet unwashed clothes out haven’t been able to open the door or stop the cycle I’ve turned it off at the wall and I am yet to be able to reach customer service for help….. I should have listened when I saw one review saying “stay away from this brand!!!”
