The bed is generally okay but I would have expected it to be a little softer. It is more on the medium side, rather than plush. The only real option is to buy a mattress topper if you want that real plush feel. But overall, a quality bed.
does not feel like a plush mattress
this mattress is very firm, either it was mislabeled or just not great for me, this is way firmer than my old medium mattress, been looking in other stores for a plush and none of them are as firm as this. for me its a waste of $1800 because the don't accept returns, so it will probably end up in the rubbish dump
