The pan Is very solid and heavy in construction and heats very quickly. Used it to cook risottos. The non stick pan is much better the the earlier models of non stick. Highly recommend
A great pan. Don't forget to add a lid.
This pan is great. Easy to clean and big enough for anything I'll be cooking. It really needs the matching lid to get the most out of it so don't forget to order one.
