The Danish brand has given its Classic collection a makeover, which you’ll notice in this 15-piece set’s modern aesthetics and improved performance. It is the largest block set in the SCANPAN Classic collection.
The knives in this set are manufactured from the finest grade of German stainless steel, tempered and hardened to Rockwell test standards. A taper-ground cutting edge combines with a hairline grinding finish for effortless gliding through foods of all textures and superior resistance to corrosion. Not only is each knife perfectly balanced, but a new ergonomic bolster will make for a more comfortable grip. Included are six Steak Knives as well as a Paring Knife, Carving Knife, Carving Fork, Vegetable Knife, Bread Knife, Cook’s Knife, and Utility Knife. There’s also a sharpening steel to ensure you’re cutting with optimum precision every time. All of these utensils are housed in a contemporary beechwood block.

Very prompt delivery. Knifes are good quality. Managed to cut my finger on the first day of use due to sharpness (my fault). Much easier to cut Tomatoes etc not just fingers!
