Quality service, excellent pricing
Bought a 4K TV which was hard to get as outfoing season model. Appliances online pricing was excellent. What gave me confidence was the quality reviews vs other online retailers. Liked that delivery date was selectable all online and could tailor when the TV arrived.

bracket came broken & still havent heard anything
Really disappointed in customer service here. I received this product the delivery guys were awesome, however when we went to assemble the TV (which is 85 inches and required 3 people to take time out of their day) they bracket's plastic parts to mount the TV onto was broken. I have been watching this tv leaned on the floor against the TV stand since I purchased it and still have heard nothing about a replacement for this.
To top it all off I also ordered a fridge within a few days of this purchase and it has frozen and ruined all of my food, taken over a week to get someone out to even look at it (tomorrow hopefully!). Even on 7 degrees (the highest temp the fridge section will go) this FREEZES EVERYTHING. AND the water pump and ice maker have stopped working.
Two absolutely useless devices for 10k.
