Very dissapointing
I have always purchased Samsung products, but this air conditioner has been nothing but a total disappointment. I need it mostly for heating and it does not seem capable of maintaining a set temperature. Also, I contacted Samsung for more guidance only to find that the model has been discontinued. The replacement model would have all the features need, such as Wi-Fi, which would allow for much better control. I would no longer recommend any Samsung products to my friends and relatives.
