The Samsung Bespoke AI 12kg Front Load Washing Machine in white is a high-tech washing machine designed to make laundry day more efficient and effortless.
The enhanced AI Wash uses five sensors to detect the weight of the load, calculate the optimal amount of water and detergent, and monitor the level of soiling. The washing machine will then automatically dispense the appropriate amount of detergent and fabric softener for each load with Auto Dispense.
Additionally, the machine connects to the SmartThings app, allowing you to control the washing machine’s settings and controls remotely.
With AI Energy Mode, you can save on energy consumption by selecting a course that enables the feature.
The Less Microfibre cycle, designed in collaboration with Patagonia, reduces the release of microplastics by up to 54 percent - a first step toward healthier oceans.

Give clothes a deep clean with steam. The powerful Hygiene Steam cycle improves the cleaning quality of your wash by releasing steam from the bottom of the drum to thoroughly saturate all clothing items inside.
BubbleWash and BubbleSoak
BubbleWash is designed to generate foam by pre-mixing detergent with air and water, while BubbleSoak is an optional pre-treatment thoroughly soaking garments in active bubbles.

Very disappointed
It’s meant to be a 12kg washing machine but not all functions can used at this weight.
The washing machine also doesn’t clean the clothes as well. I’m using the same detergent and it definitely doesn’t wash the clothes as well as my previous washing machine.
Very disappointing purchase and now I’m stuck with it.
