Unhappy with purchase
Purchased from appliance on line because I thought that having free delivery & installation was a bonus. Wrong. It wasn’t connected properly to the drain causing it to pour water out from underneath the sink, doesn’t release the detergent or conditioner from the trays , everyone passing the buck even Samsung was of no help. Very disappointing experience. I have purchased many items from appliances on line & all were a good experience until this latest issue. 3 weeks after purchase & not working as it should , now Easter & the wait for a service person will be another week or more. Not happy
Samsung AI washing machine
I have had this new machine for about a month and it works brilliantly. I use the AI most of the time with automatic dispensing which I have put on a high setting. I am so pleased and it’s so easy to use. Very good buy. Delivery team were amazing plus next day delivery
