Washing machine
Great product and value for money. Disappointing that the daily wash only spins at 800. Need to do another spin cycle at 1400.
Hoses too short
All went well until install. Water supply hose would not reach tap. Used old hose off my old (17yrs) Samsung Machine. Drain hose too short unlike my old Samsung. Had to purchase a joiner and extra hose to reach drain. Delivery guys were very helpful and I feel they were a little embarrassed. If Samsung don’t want to address the problem, maybe the delivery guys could be supplied with longer hoses just in case. Regards Ross
My new front loader
Ordering & Delivery fantastic! After 2 weeks the machine spin cycle started to bang. Friday, called it in & going through the process of speaking to 3 people. Tuesday, repairs done 😁 Repair guy fantastic! Was told the factory didn't tighten the bolts 🤔 Shame Samsung. Happy ending, successfully did a load of washing 👍
