You get what you pay for
Bought to replace our old 7.5kg Samsung front loader. This is supposed to be 8.5kg but does not fit as much of a load as our old machine as the drum is much smaller. The build quality is also nowhere near as good. Not really happy with the purchase
Washing machine
Great product and value for money. Disappointing that the daily wash only spins at 800. Need to do another spin cycle at 1400.
Hoses too short
All went well until install. Water supply hose would not reach tap. Used old hose off my old (17yrs) Samsung Machine. Drain hose too short unlike my old Samsung. Had to purchase a joiner and extra hose to reach drain. Delivery guys were very helpful and I feel they were a little embarrassed. If Samsung don’t want to address the problem, maybe the delivery guys could be supplied with longer hoses just in case. Regards Ross
