The care and interest taken by all, was something that really impressed me. The Microwave had a fault when it was first unpacked,. The person I spoke to on phone took genuine interest and arranged for a replacement to be sent. this took place in very fast time. On delivery, it was unpacked and set up, tested to make sure it was working properly. We are very pleased with it. Any product can have a failure when first used. But how the supplier handles the situation is the real test The staff at "appliances online" demonstrated their professionalism and genuine care in the way they provided customer service. I will certainly be purchasing from them in the future.
