Great trooper for a busy family of 4
I've owned this machine for about a month, so I figured now is appropriate to give a review.
I was originally looking at LG, given that it's been the go to brand at our house for years. But when it came to purchase, the LG 10kg I wanted was out of stock. I stumbled upon this gem, and decided to give it a go.
ABSOLUTELY NO REGRETS!
Some things I love
-stylish appearance. All touch buttons, so no unsightly pop outs.
-super powerful, yet super quiet
-connection to Samasung Smart Things monitors cycles, and gives some little tips about your laundry.
-can cop an absolute smashing load. I barely know myself after using a small 7.5kg.
-preset cycles for different fabrics.
-can do a quick 15 or a super speed wash for when you need a small load urgent.
Things that are a bit um
-door feels flimsy and not solid
-still taking a bit of time to get used to. Being fully touch screen, it can be a bit confusing to scroll through menus and adjust into use.
Overall, an excellent efficient machine that can cop a beating when it needs to. Highly recommend
I love it!
It's everything I wanted and needed in a washing machine. I'm still enjoying finding new programs to wash particular loads. I love the 12 kg size - I can get my queen sized sheets and towels in the same wash.
