Designed by Rogerseller and developed in partnership with leading Australian manufacturer Ram Tapware, the Eccentric Progressive Hob Mixer embraces quirky genius by incorporating an off-centre axis which allows the progressive reveal of an unexpected back-plate when the handle is turned to an open position.
Using German progressive cartridge technology, Eccentric supports energy saving by opening in a low pressure, cold position which increases in pressure with the turn of the dial. Past the middle mark, and the addition of warm water is introduced, increasing as the dial moves to its furthest open position.
With a subtle fin to match finger contours, the mixer provides the necessary leverage when slippery while the round shape is universally aesthetic and timeless.
The mixer can be mounted on a basin or bench.
Eccentric by Rogerseller received the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2017 as well as a Good Design Selection in the Good Design Award 2017.
