Good for the price but loud with fan on
We brought this unit for our new kitchen and installed it above an induction cooktop. Lights are great and the unit it super easy to install and use. Only down side is the fan noise level is quite high even on level 1.
Disgraceful service
I received my rangehood and had a qualified electrician install it, only to find that one light was faulty, to the point of not working. I contacted Appliances Online at the start or December, who continually told me that they would put a service request in to the manufacturer to contact me. It has been 2 and a half months, with many phone calls and emails to this mob, with the second light now flickering, and no resolution. I was told to contact the manufacturer directly today - what disgraceful, disgusting after sales service. The rangehood itself is fine, but never will I ever purchase through this crowd again - happy to take your money, but too lazy to provide any helpful customer service after.
