Rinnai 2200W electric panel heater - PEPH22PEW
I like the heater, but there is a big difference from the previous model, which legs were made of metal; new legs are made of low quality plastic, and the "bauble" wheels are almost impossible to click into place. After few weeks gently moving the unit 30cm fort and back one of the wheels chipped and the unit is not able to stand any more. Without the legs the heater is useless. Otherwise it heats nicely and I like the automatic on/off setting. I wonder where can I buy new set of "legs"?

Very poor quality
The legs are attached to the body of this heater by very flimsy clips. We tried numerous times to make them secure but they kept falling off. Once it was up and running the heater worked well. But then the legs fell off again and the whole unit buckled and is unusable. We had it for less than two weeks. Rinnai won't accept it us a manufacturing fault though it clearly is. Don't waste your money on this item.
