Well made
We have had Rinnai gas heaters for about 25 years and have always found them to be a good appliance
We noticed that the heater is made in Japan, as opposed to China, and consider that an important consideration
Completely Happy.
We are very pleased with our Rinnai heater. It warms the room in no time and gone is the dust from our wood fire, less dusting and work. We show all our family and friends and try to talk them into buying one.
