Personally I wouldn’t touch this microwave again after having the inverter fail twice in 18 months. I asked Panasonic to offer a store credit as returning the microwave for repair annually is a concern plus if Panasonic refuse a warranty claim, (didn’t purchase care plan) it’s cheaper to replace this microwave with a cheaper model. It’s a brilliant machine, they just haven’t got the technology right yet and customers will be left with an expensive white elephant.
