This was a recommended item but I found it impossible to use sensibly. It does not have a burst action and simply squirts water into the mouth. It is hard to floss individual teeth because the mouth quickly fills up with water and then the reservoir is empty and you need to refill.

The Panasonic Air Jet Water Flosser is easy to clean and assemble. The power choices are all quite gentle. The water compartment is small allowing about 30 seconds of flossing before the need to refill. Its real downfall is the recharging. This a guessing game as the light (red) does not indicate whether or not the flosser is fully recharged and there is no warning light to indicate when it may need recharging. This is a major issue. Does one waste energy by unnecessarily putting it on the charger after use or take a gamble until it finally dies? In the latter case, it then takes 15 hours to recharge. I would not recommend this product based on this recharging confusion.
