Initially great but has had issues
I bought this 4 years ago having had a Panasonic microwave that lasted for 15 years and loved it. This one's light blew after I'd had it for less than a year so still under warranty but a couple of months ago the microwave simply stopped working. The tech said the entire motherboard would need replacing as it was gone so $250 to replace. Dead.
An excellent product and exemplary service again
The Panasonic microwave NN-CD58JSQPQ is an excellent product, with every feature I need. The controls are great, being a rotary knob for time and easy to use real buttons rather than electronic buttons. The turntable is big, so no need to squish things in. It's replaced a 12 year old built-in Miele microwave and is vastly superior in features. Once again the purchase through Appliances Online was a pleasure, done over the phone to obtain a price match. The delivery and installation process was once again perfect, with the communication from them being just right and delivery was ontime. The installation was great, with the dead Miele microwave taken away. Congrats Panasonic and AO.
Great MIcrowave
This is the second Panasonic Convection Microwave that we have purchased form Appliances online. As usual the delivery was on time and the delivery guys were very helpful. We love the convection oven setting as it is quicker to cook small items in this than our larger wall oven. The convection oven feature is really good to reheat pizza. The microwave settings are easy to use, particularly the reheat functions.
