Happy Camper
For the price I paid, this was quite the good buy.
It dries better than a mid-ranged brand I had and has more programs (although I've never bothered using the others) than most of the top-tiered dryers I have seen. I can't think of anything negative to speak about it really.
No support
I bought an Onix Heat pump dryer 2 months ago. Currently still waiting to be able to use it as just 1 week after purchase of the dryer and the first use the dryer reported an error code E1 ( drain pump failure.) Rang appliances Online who told me they couldn't help and passed the buck to the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer who told me it was a repair only option with the dryer. I organised to have the dryer repaired, the manufacturer told me that a tech would contact me within 24 to book in a time. Almost a week later I heard nothing. I emailed manufacturer back who gave me the contact details of the tech. The tech told me he would come that day but then rang back to say he was waiting for parts and would contact me once the parts were in. I waited several weeks and no contact. I rang the tech back who then told me he would check for the parts at the post office as he got notification from post office several days ago that the parts were there. The tech said he would ring that afternoon to let me know if he got the parts. The tech rang a couple of days later to let me know he had the parts and organised to turn up the next day. The next day the tech arrived to fix the dryer but the manufacturer sent the wrong parts. So now I have had the dryer for 2 months and not been able use the dryer for a complete cycle as yet......
Garbage
This is garbage. Don't buy it. My heat pump dryer, which I had since they were new on the market died, so I replaced it with this. This takes 2 x 3 hour cycles to dry clothes and leaks water all over the floor. I'm trying to work out what's wrong with it but it literally only worked well for the first 3 times I've used it.
