Great product nice and quiet yet very powerful very happy with the service all round
Terrible quality - avoid
Received it and it was already broken. The box was broken, as was the main part that held the motor head so it was unusable. But the reason for the review is that the build is so poor - such cheap, fragile plastic - even my tupperwares are built out of sturdier plastic, so if I hadn't already received it broken, it would have broken anyway after using for a tiny bit. However - customer service (Mia) - was absolutely great and she managed to sort my case out super quickly. So bad product - don't buy this one, but definitely do buy from this site.
