Terrible installation instructions
Working really well so far but the installation manual was appalling. Nothing to indicated what parts came with product or steps to installing. Didn’t realise there were brackets hidden away in the foam packaging which a good manual should provide.
Omega Canopy Range Hood
Delivery as usual was very good at the right time,unpacked the item and took away the old unit. The new range hood is much better and more poweful than the old model it replaces and now has 2 separate Halogen down lights & also comes with 2 charcoal filters.
One of the lights blew a bulb after only 3 weeks but after calling the Omega distributor they were happy to send me 2 bulbs replacement which I was very happy about .All in all I am very happy with the purchase.
Works well
I purchased this ranghood as a replacement for the same brand which worked
well for 20 years but was loud as well. Noise level is only issue.
