Simpler to install
Top mount sinks, such as this model from the Oliveri Sonetto series, can slot neatly into a cutout in your kitchen bench, and be partially held in place by gravity. As well as making installation simpler, this can also help reduce the risk of water damage to your benchtop material.

Oliveri SN 1064 kitchen sink
Cannot rate build quality or ease of use as the sink is yet to be installed. However I expect it to be high quality.
Great looking sink and good quality
Sink is great. Love the shape. Could drain a tiny bit better and the strainer at the bottom doesn't catch things in it properly. Bits of food get stuck between the drain and the sink. Otherwise very happy. Love the thin edge on top.
