The 60cm Induction Cooktop from NEFF provides a superb cooking experience. Efficient induction cooking generates heat directly into your cookware rather than the cooktop itself, for precise, rapid heat which stops when the power is off.
The cooking surface features three induction zones including FlexInduction zone. Allowing for greater flexibility, FlexInduction allows you to merge cooking zones to create a larger cooking zone, ideal for bigger pots and large cookware. Each cooking zone is powered by 17 power levels. Control everything via the TwistPad® Fire - a removable, magnetic, illuminated control knob that gives you precise, convenient control over all cooking zones.
An automatic safety switch-off, residual heat indicators, and a child safety lock add extra levels of safety. The black ceramic glass surface with stainless steel flush-fitted trim is simple to keep clean and adds a sophisticated style to any kitchen.

Disappointed with the TwistPad Control
The cooktop itself is excellent, however the TwistPad Control is a nuisance. The fact it is removable is a silly concept - very easy to knock off the cooktop and almost impossible to use with damp fingers - a matter of fact when cooking. The alternative manual control option is of limited use when using the whole cooktop for multiple pots and pans over an extended cooking period - it is only applicable for a simple meal. While I rate the cooktop itself quite highly, I find the TwistPad control detracts from the overall rating of the appliance and limits the cooktop's use to anybody other than an average cook.
