This 60cm Slide&Hide Combi-Steam Electric Built-In Oven from NEFF combines oven heating with the power of steam in a single oven. 71L of useable interior capacity provides plenty of space to cook for the whole family.
Steam cooking is a healthy way to cook and gives you succulent and tender results. Vegetables retain a high amount of their vitamins and minerals, while meat and fish turn out delectably tender. There are 12 heating methods and 30 automatic programs to choose from, to help you cook up a delicious storm. CircoTherm technology allows you to simultaneously bake and roast on up to three levels without odours mingling, meaning you can prepare your main course and dessert at once.

ShiftControl at the top of the oven features a large TFT display and lets you easily operate the oven and navigate through menus. Slide&Hide Door
The door of this oven can be fully retracted to slide under the oven cavity. This grants you better access to your dishes, whether it’s for a quick taste test or for monitoring browning progress. This is especially handy if you’re short on space in your kitchen.
Multipoint Meat Probe
The meat probe helps make it easy to cook your meat with absolute precision. Just pierce the meat with the probe and it will detect conditions within the meat to tailor the cooking duration and temperature. With three gauges on the probe, an even reading is always recorded, so your meat stays moist and ideally cooked.
CircoTherm Hot Air
Roast and bake on all levels of this oven at the same time. Great for entertainers, CircoTherm allows you to prepare multiple courses of a meal at once, without odours mingling to corrupt the flavour of your dishes. Cooking on CircoTherm mode also activates the PowerBoost function, negating the need to pre-heat your oven.

My new NEFF oven
I received my new NEFF oven in July and it is the best oven I have had so far. I have the steam version which means that instead of using the stove top to make mashed potato or steamed vegies I can do that now in the oven. I have made beautiful roasts, amazing bread and delicious brownies in this oven and I love it. I have also steamed potatoes to make mash and it worked! The biggest challenge for me has been figuring out the functions but NEFF offers a free session at their NEFF kitchen and you can spend the afternoon exploring the functions with a NEFF chef and enjoying some treats that they whip up for you in their NEFF oven. I'm impressed with the oven and the after sales support from NEFF.
