I purchased the BBQ because of the sear zone above purchasing a Broil King. The zone isn't as good as i hoped and seems to take longer than I expected to cook and sear. This is maybe due to me not appreciating the sear zones capability. I purchased the commercial rotisserie and coal plate and its excellent for coal BBQ and quick to get the coals lit. Souvlakis taste amazing!!! I would recommend the BBQ as it has the dual option with coal/gas and if the sear zone was better it would be a top rated product
