Slicing heaven
These knives have been one of the most effective upgrades to our kitchen. We bought the Gyuto, Nakiri and utility knife, which is the best 3 all rounded knife for any kitchen. The Nakiri is so easy to chop veggies and fruit. Gyuto perfect for everything else - proteins and for general chopping, slicing and dicing. I have had to change my technique to make the most of the knives as instead of slicing down, you need to saw forwards or backwards the knife. The utility knife is compact and sharp enough to be used as a paring knife and to slice small soft vegetables. The birchwood is a beautiful detail. I would recommend upgrading your knife block to show case these beauties.
